POLICY SUMMARY

At Olympia International Ltd., we value our partnerships with emerging and growing brands. To ensure we can continue supporting customers who place less than 50,000 pcs per year and require smaller order volumes (under 1,000 pcs per colour on average), we have introduced a set of clear policies.

These policies are designed to provide transparency, fairness, and sustainability in how we work together — covering areas such as sampling, courier costs, shipping, and payment terms. Our goal is to maintain long-term partnerships while balancing the additional costs and complexities involved in producing smaller-volume orders.

Policy on Techpacks and Measurement Sheets (MSM)

Techpacks and measurement sheets are essential production documents that typically take 1–3 hours to prepare. Customers will be charged once per design; additional colours or minor styling changes are free of charge. The fee applies only if Olympia prepares the document — customers with their own techpacks will not be charged. We recommend requesting techpacks during the initial sample stage to ensure accuracy before production begins.

Deadstock Fabric Policy

Explains risks (legal/quality), deposit requirements (20%), and fabric testing ($120/test). Ensures transparency if issues arise before shipment.

Sampling Charges Policy

Outlines $50/sample charge, applied only if no order (or a small order) is placed within 4 months.

Courier Policy (Sample Shipments)

If the final order is over 1,000 pcs/colour → Olympia pays courier.

If under 1,000 pcs/colour → customer pays courier (via own account or $50/sample through Olympia).

Shipping & Handling Costs Policy

Explains surcharges: $1,200 (imported fabric) or $500 (local fabric) for orders under 3,000 pcs/ship date.

Clarifies shipping terms (FOB, CIF, occasional DDP) and freight partners (DSV, Seko).

Payment Terms & Shipping Documents Policy

High-volume customers (50,000+ units/year) → flexible terms.

Smaller orders (<1,000 pcs/colour) → TT 7 days before BL submission.

For orders <3,000 pcs needing bank-to-bank document transfer → $250 documentation fee applies.
