SUMMARY
For customers averaging less than 1,000 pcs/colour, a $50/sample charge applies.
Customers are not charged immediately; Olympia waits 4 months after sample date.
If no order (or order below 1,000 pcs/colour) is placed, the sampling charge becomes payable.

Policy on Sampling Charges for Low-Volume Orders

At Olympia International Ltd., we value our long-term partnerships and remain committed to supporting customers with high-quality samples that showcase our production capabilities. However, due to the rising costs of sampling and increasing business pressures, we are introducing a new policy regarding sampling charges for orders below certain thresholds.
1. Applicability of Sampling Charge
This policy applies to customers whose average order placement is less than 1,000 units per colour.
In such cases, a sampling charge of USD $50 per sample will be applied.
2. Rationale for the Policy
Sampling is a high-cost activity involving design, fabric sourcing, pattern making, and production resources.
Until now, Olympia has absorbed these costs as part of our commitment to customer development.
In order to maintain sustainable operations and continue delivering quality service, it has become necessary to share a portion of these costs with customers placing smaller orders.
3. Payment Terms
Customers will not be required to pay this charge immediately upon sampling.
Olympia will wait up to four (4) months from the sample handover date.
If within this period:
An order of 1,000 pcs per colour (or more) is placed, no sampling charge will apply.
If no order is placed, or if the order quantity is below 1,000 pcs per colour, the USD $50/sample charge will become payable.
