Courier Policy for Sample Shipments
Effective Date: 10th September 2025
Olympia International Ltd. remains committed to supporting our customers with the sampling process as part of our product development and order execution workflow. However, due to the rising costs of international courier services, we are implementing the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Orders Above 1,000 pcs per Colour
If a confirmed order is placed with 1,000 pcs per colour or more, Olympia International will bear all courier costs for sample shipments related to that order.
2. Orders Below 1,000 pcs per Colour
For orders of less than 1,000 pcs per colour, courier costs for samples will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers have two options:
Use their own courier account for all sample shipments.
Use Olympia’s courier services, in which case a flat fee of USD $50 per sample will be charged.
3. Rationale for the Policy
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs per colour.
To continue serving customers who place smaller volumes, it is necessary to share associated courier costs fairly.
This approach allows Olympia to keep offering flexibility to customers while maintaining sustainable business operations.
4. Commitment to Customers
Olympia will always ensure that samples are dispatched safely and efficiently, regardless of which courier option is chosen.
This policy is designed to maintain fairness, support customers with smaller order volumes, and protect the long-term sustainability of our services.
