At Olympia International Ltd., we recognize that not all brand partners have in-house technical design teams. To support smaller and emerging brands, we offer assistance in creating techpacks and measurement sheets (MSM) — critical documents required for accurate garment development and production.

1. Service Offering

• Olympia will create techpacks and measurement sheets for customers who require this support.

• A fixed fee of USD $50 per techpack and MSM will apply.
  

2. Importance of Techpacks & MSM

• These documents are essential for ensuring accuracy in design, sizing, fit, and production.

• Each techpack typically takes 1–3 hours to prepare.

• A techpack is charged once per design only.

• Additional colours or minor styling changes do not incur extra charges.
  

3. Process for Techpack Development

• Customers should request their development merchandiser or account manager to prepare a techpack during the initial sample stage.

• Once the techpack is confirmed, Olympia will proceed to create the first sample.

• If changes are needed to the sample before production, no additional techpack fee will be charged.
  

4. Rationale for the Policy

• Preparing accurate technical documentation ensures efficiency in the sampling and production process.

• This service provides support for brands without technical capacity, while balancing the internal resources required by Olympia’s product development teams.
